On the 25 Oct 2025, the crash happened (at about 6:46pm).

then my insurance company let me down

then my insurece company lied

then the car was pick up and had slop into basingstock to pick up a hire car

got a great text from saying my car would fixed by 7/11/2025 – not bad just under 2 weeks !!

return the small hire car and waited

the insurance company’s nominated repair company call me with a progress update, short on the details, but stating there are some problems with getting the spare part

Now I am told there is 12-week wait for the parts so the car has been returned to me 🙁
